MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN PESANTREN DALAM PENINGKATAN KINERJA PENGASUH DI PESANTREN ULIL ALBAB 2 NGAWI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic boarding school financial management in improving the performance of caretakers at Ulil Albab 2 Islamic Boarding School in Ngawi. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that financial management, including planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring, plays a significant role in improving caretaker performance. Transparency, accountability, and the allocation of welfare funds are the main factors influencing caretaker motivation and professionalism. Furthermore, Islamic values ​​such as trustworthiness and responsibility are the foundations of Islamic boarding school financial management. Thus, sound financial management can improve the quality of care and education at Islamic boarding schools.
